Ramu Srinivasaiah comes with 14 years of experience in architecting,building and managing wired and wireless communication systems. His areas of expertise include driving innovation, product design, definition, planning and strategizing execution and strong knowledge of signal processing algorithms and proficiency in OFDMA and CDMA technologies.
He brings in rich understanding and knowledge on WiMAX, 3GPP and LTE specifications and has implementation experience in a variety of Processor platforms. Before founding Lekha, Ramu has served in Cisco Systems, Navini Networks, Centillium and Encore Software.
Ramu holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Intrumentation & Electronics from Bangalore University.
Amarnadha Reddy
Founder-Director
Amarnadha Reddy comes with 13 years of development and managerial experience in Wireless Communication Softwares.
Amar has architected PHY layer software and served in development manager roles. He has extensive work experience in OFDM and CDMA technologies and has worked on product designs in Wimax, LTE and MC-SCDMA. He brings in strong knowledge in DSP algorithms and has system level expertise on TI and AD DSP’s.
Prior to founding Lekha, Amar has served in Cisco systems, Navini Networks, Accord Software and Systems Pvt. Ltd., and Aeronautical Development Agency.
Amar holds a Masters degree in Communication Engineering from SV University and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Thiagarajar Engineering College.
