PHY layer Engineering

Experience: 1- 10 years

Bachelors or Masters degree.

Good knowledge of communication theory and signal processing.
Should be proficient in C and assembly programming for digital signal processors.

Exposure to Real Time Operating Systems.

Hands on experience in implementing Signal Processing algorithms on  DSP.

Any prior experience of 1 to 5 years on wireless communication systems is a plus.

Experience of developing physical layer protocol for  transmit or receive chain of communication systems that employ technologies like Wi-Fi, WiMAX, WCDMA/OFDMA, LTE, GSM/GPRS, HSPA+ etc is a big plus.

MAC layer Engineer

Experience: 1- 10 years

Bachelors or Masters degree.

Programming skills in C and C++. 
Good understanding of RTOS like RT linux, vxWorks etc.
Working experience with various debug tools like JTAG, gnu debugger etc.
Working experience on any MAC layer protocol of a communication system.

Experience of developing MAC layer protocol stack for technologies for like Wi-Fi, WiMAX, WCDMA/OFDMA, LTE, GSM/GPRS, HSPA+ is a big plus.

Digital Signal Processing Engineer

Experience: 1- 10 years

Bachelors or Masters degree

Experience in Assembly Language and C programming
Knowledge of any DSP processor achitecture. Knowledge of tool chains like code warrior, code composer studio, matlab
Good knowledge of Signal Processing and communication theory.

Embedded Software Engineer - Driver Development

Experience: 1 - 10 years

Bachelors or Masters Degree

Core experience should be in developing Linux/MAC/Windows networking drivers.
Should have solid C programming skills
Should have in-depth knowledge of OS kernel mode programming, kernel debug tools and build tools.
Hands on experience in at least one hardware bus protocol like USB, SDIO, etc.

Familiarity with troubleshooting bus level issues with Logic Analyzers would be a plus.
Experience in developing drivers in Android platforms and any prior experience with wireless networking is a plus.

Productization Engineer

Experience: 1+ years

Bachelors or Masters Degree

Good understanding of standards specification of one or more wireless technologies like WiMAX,WiFi, LTE etc.
Hands ON experience on tools like FTP, IPERF, IXIA Chariot etc used for performance testing.
Process Knowledge – SDLC, Test Coverage, Metrics.
Minimum 1 years of system test or interoperability test experience.
Hands on experience on test automation scripts.

Research & Development

Systems Engineer with a strong academic background (Masters or PhD) from reputed universities with 5 to 10 years of experience.

Experience in modeling communication systems and  algorithm development.

Should be proficient in matlab and simulink. 

Hardware Engineer

Hardware Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Board level Hardware Design, handling high speed design involving high performance processors, memories, high speed display interfaces and communication peripherals.

Shoud be proficient with development cycle flow including Schematic capture, Signal integrity, Place and route and board bring-up.

A Bachelor/ Masters degree in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineering disciplines.

FPGA Engineer

FPGA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the complete flow from RTL design to Bit stream generation. Should be thorough with logic design and timing analysis.

Familiarity in integrating IP Cores, soft processor cores is desired. Domain knowledge in Signal processing/ Wireless communications will be plus.

A Bachelor/ Masters degree in Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical Engineering disciplines.

Freshers

We also welcome B.Tech/ M.Tech/ Phd freshers of 2011/12 batch.

Very strong fundamentals in any of the above disciplines is sought. For Masters and Phd graduates, specialization in Communication, Signal processing will be a plus.
