Dr. Sreenath Ramanath (Sreenath)
Senior Director for Systems R&D
Dr. Sreenath is Director for Systems R&D. He comes with more than two decades of industry experience in design and development of algorithms for next generation wireless networks.
He brings proficiency in GPS, Voice-band modems, WiFi, WiMax, LTE and 5GNR technologies. At Lekha, Sreenath leads a team of researchers to develop algorithms across all the verticals. In the past, he has held various roles at Accord, Ittiam, Philips and Beceem, served as Adjunct Professor at IIT-Bombay, Associate Researcher with LANEAS-Supelec and INRIA-Bell Labs joint research Lab. Sreenath is IEEE Senior Member and has several patents and publications to his credit.
Sreenath has a Doctorate in Communication Networks from INRIA, France. Master’s Degree from IISc Bangalore and Bachelors from Bangalore University.
