He plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial advice, and ensuring seamless coordination with key external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and government authorities such as tax departments.
Prior to joining the organization, Uday gained diverse industry experience across the IT and IT-enabled services sectors. He has held key positions with reputed organizations, including Chartered Group, Digicomp Complete Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Digital Circuits Pvt. Ltd. His extensive professional experience, combined with his strong financial acumen and compliance expertise, enables him to effectively support business growth while ensuring robust financial governance.
